FULFILLMENT & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for doing business with TeamChecked LLC. We hope you are happy with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a service you purchased for any reason, you may reach out to us to assist with your concerns.

 

 

FULFILLMENT 

 

 

Due to the nature of our services, no physical products are exchanged as a service. Any compensation made to TeamChecked LLC for services rendered shall be charged based upon the project scope and the executable work. Terms shall be provided separately in an agreement on a per-project basis. TeamChecked LLC agrees to deliver all work within the scope of each project.

 

 

REFUNDS

 

 

Shall work not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, TeamChecked LLC will reimburse remaining funds to client or credit client for additional services. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company or form of payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 

 

The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged]: 

  • Management & development services
  • All other services at least 30% completed or delivered
